After working within platforms such as Handy and Angi, our founder witnessed a troubling pattern:

In 2025, Fix YiDi was relaunched to offer a better way.

Our founder is a handywoman and professional cleaner with over three years of hands-on experience, who worked directly in residential and commercial spaces and witnessed both sides of the home-services economy: the relief clients feel when their space is finally handled with care—and the frustration, burnout, and mistreatment skilled tradespeople endure behind the scenes.

Working through platforms like Handy and Angi, she saw a pattern that couldn’t be ignored:
