Purpose:
The YiDi Career Ladder (YCL) is a structured workforce development system designed to provide dignified entry points, clear advancement pathways, and upward financial mobility across both Field Services and Dispatch & Operations roles.
Education Requirement:
All Tier 3 and above YiDis must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or YED.
Progression is based on:

Completion of minimum service hours
