Purpose:

The YiDi Career Ladder (YCL) is a structured workforce development system designed to provide dignified entry points, clear advancement pathways, and upward financial mobility across both Field Services and Dispatch & Operations roles.

Education Requirement:


All Tier 3 and above YiDis must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or YED.

Progression is based on:
  • Performance, reliability, and professionalism

  • Completion of required internal and external certifications

  • Completion of minimum service hours

Tier 0 — V-YiDi (Volunteer YiDi)

Tier 1 — H-YiDi (Helper YiDi)

Tier 2 — TS-YiDi I (Task-Specific YiDi)
